If you play sports or you’ve ever taken an exercise class, you probably realize how important form can be in getting better at anything from kicking a football, to swinging a golf club, to a perfecting a yoga pose. And coaches, instructors and trainers spend a lot of time adjusting people until they’ve gotten something just right.
But what if you wore something that could evaluate your movements in the same way? You could theoretically get better — and avoid injuries on your own. And that’s where the Move technology garment comes in. It has four sensors that detect and register your movement to a website and an app where you can monitor your progress and make adjustments. You can also use tools to set goals or share with friends. Since the top is still a prototype, it’s too soon to tell how much it will cost or when it will be available, but if it was, would you try it?
