Shelby: One More Thing before you go.
The first total lunar eclipse of the year turned out to be quite a show this week. The rare event produced what is known as the ‘blood moon’ because of the reddish-orange glow that comes from the light of sunsets and sunrises bouncing off the Earth.
It was the first total lunar eclipse in more than three years, and it drew huge crowds across the U.S.
Ryan: I think this is a nice occasion to go here because it’s beautiful – a beautiful moon.
Shelby: This total eclipse starts a unique series of four in a two-year period. So if you missed it, you will have another chance to see one in October.
