As she slides into the leather seats, she plugs in her iPod and buckles up for the drive to school. As she listens to Miley Cyrus' latest single, she thinks about how much she likes her car, even though she drives by herself every day.

Jenny really likes her high school and watching football so she grabs her stuff and heads over to buy a sweatshirt.

She buys two trendy tops, a pair of earrings and two new pairs of jeans she gets on a discount for bringing in three pairs of her old ones to recycle. Not only has Jenny recycled her jeans, she's traded in three pairs for two, cutting down on her cluttered closet space.

Every month her mom volunteers and donates clothes and food. When deciding which jeans to recycle this morning Jenny realized there were several old dresses she never wears, so she asked her mom if they need donations at the shelter.

When her mom's face filled with pride as she nodded, Jenny knew it was the right thing to do. Donating to a noble cause and reducing her waste -- that's a win-win.

She feels happy and content about her good work and plans to share what she did with her friends as she dials her best friend's phone number.
