Official Rules

SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AS OF APRIL 27, 2008 AT 9:00 PM EASTERN TIME ("ET") AND ENDS AS OF MAY 9, 2008 AT 6:00 PM ET. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ALL U. S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND ALL OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS) WHO ARE BETWEEN ELEVEN (11) AND EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE AS OF APRIL 27, 2008. ENTRANTS UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR LEGAL STATE OF RESIDENCE SHOULD GET PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor: Channel One Communications Corporation is the "Sponsor" as well as the administrator of the Sweepstakes and is responsible for the fulfillment of the prizes. Entrants should look solely to Channel One Communications Corporation at 151 West 26th Street New York, NY 10001 ("Sweepstakes Address") with any questions, comments or problems related to any aspect of this Sweepstakes.

1. Entry - You can enter the Sweepstakes in either of the following ways:

a. Online Entry - To enter the Sweepstakes complete the official registration page located at www.channelone.com (the "Sweepstakes Site"). Through on-screen instructions you will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address.

b. Mail Entry - To enter the Sweepstakes by mail download the entry form located at www.channelone.com. Complete the entry form and mail it care of Lauren Brown Alloy/Channel One Network at the Sweepstakes Address above. All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or after April 27, 2008 and no later than May 9, 2008. Mail entries must be received no later than May 16, 2008.

Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations (either by mail or online) will be disqualified. Limitation: You can enter only once. Multiple entries will be disregarded.

2. Eligibility: Employees (and employees' immediate family or household members, whether legally related or not) of Channel One, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., their respective parent, affiliates, licensors, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate.

3. Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor's use of your personal information as described in its Privacy Statement at http://channelone/home/privacystatement/. Among other uses, Sponsor may disclose any personal information it collects in connection with this Sweepstakes to third parties except where prohibited by law.

4. Winner Selection: The potential prize winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about May 16, 2008 to be conducted by Sponsor's designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Potential prize winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Potential winner must accept a prize within three (3) business days of notification by either e-mail or telephone. Any potential prize winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected. The potential prize winner and, if the potential prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her legal state of residence, the potential prize winner's parent or legal guardian, will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within five (5) business days of notification. In the event of non-compliance within this allotted time period, an alternate potential prize winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's e-mail does not work or if entrant's e-mail or street address, as applicable, is changed.

5. Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive - a private screening of the movie "Speed Racer" ("Motion Picture") for winner and up to no more than fifty (50) friends of the winner's choice. Conditions and restrictions apply. Sponsor is not responsible for transportation to and from the theater or for any other expenses, taxes associated with the screening. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Dollars $459.00 (USD)

The Screening of the Motion Picture is strictly limited to Grand Prize winner and no more than fifty (50) guests in a commercial theatre to be selected at the sole discretion of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to set the screening in a theatre within ten (10) miles of the winner's home/school. The screening must take place sometime between Monday, June 9, 2008 and Thursday, June 26, 2008 as follows: Monday - Thursday with a start time at or around 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.. Or, on Saturday or Sunday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Screenings cannot be scheduled anytime on Fridays or anytime after 12:00 p.m. local time on a Saturday or Sunday.

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is not providing theatre concessions or parking (if there is a charge for theatre parking) for the winner or his/her guests. The screening is for the Motion Picture only and is not exchangeable for cash or another title. If the winner cannot see the Motion Picture between the above dates, the prize is forfeited.

Twenty (20) Runners up will receive - one (1) Speed Racer: The Videogame for the Wii™ home video game system. ARV: Forty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($49.99) (USD). Total combined ARV: Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Eighty Cents ($999.80) (USD).

Total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes combined: One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Eighty Cents ($1458.80) (USD).

6. General Conditions: Only one (1) prize per person, per household, per e-mail address will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If prize is forfeited, an additional drawing at random from the remaining eligible entries will be made to determine a potential prize winner. If, by reason of a typographical or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Except where prohibited by law, each winner (and parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., product provider, internet and service providers and their respective parent companies, licensors, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies ("Collective Releasees") to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, likeness, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants further agree that Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way to this Sweepstakes (together the "Sweepstakes Entities") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants (and parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her legal State of residence) against, any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this Sweepstakes, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the delivery and/or subsequent use of any prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

7. Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site through out the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor's sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry processor the operations to any of the Sweepstakes or any website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or to any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor's sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Sweepstakes, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

9. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the name of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules by mail, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to Channel One at the Sweepstakes Address. Request must be received no later than November 1, 2008 for the name of the winner. For a copy of the rules, request must be received No later than May 16, 2008. VT residents may omit return postage.
