You already know yourself. Likes, dislikes, quirks -- there's not need to talk constantly. This date is all about getting to know each other. Listen as much as you talk. Ask questions, and talk about hobbies, likes, dislikes, etc.

It's awesome that you got to go out with your crush, but use it to figure out if this is a person you want to actually get to know better. FYI, it's best to keep your ex-files closed for now. Talk about a mood killer!
