This year the Rock Band series has added more foot-tapping tunes to rock your living room with an 83-song set list spanning five decades. That's right, tons of new tracks everyone will enjoy from your classic rock-drumming cousin, to your emo best friend who likes to sing and work the guitar star power.

What's new about this version are the songs of course, but the game also allows players to create and save set lists, and share them with friends, both in-game and on RockBand.com.

You can use song filtering to find the tracks you want to play and to hide songs you don't. Never before has discovering songs been easier now that there's a built-in song recommendation system based on your preferences.

Also, you can play vocal harmonies with up to three players and use the new keyboard peripheral to play Rock Band 3 with up to six players. Now that rocks.
