Official Rules
THE SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS MARCH 3 2009 AT 9:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME AND ENDS APRIL 30, 2009 6:00 PM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 13-18 YEARS OF AGE. ENTRANTS MUST GET THE PERMISSION OF THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor: FINRA Investor Education Foundation is the "Sponsor" and Channel One Network is the "Administrator" of the Sweepstakes. Administrator is responsible for the Sweepstakes and for the fulfillment of the prizes. Entrants should look solely to Channel One Network at 151 W 26th Street New York, NY 10001 ("Sweepstakes Address"), with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries or the overall administration of the Sweepstakes.

1. Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes complete the official registration page located at www.channelone.com (the "Sweepstakes Site"). Through on-screen instructions you will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address, date of birth and email address.
   
   Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Limitation: You can enter only once. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
   
   
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes begins March 2, 2009 at 9:00AM EST and ends April 30, 2009 at 6:00PM EDT (Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13-18 years of age. Employees and members of the families or households of employees of FINRA Investor Education Foundation, Channel One Network and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate.
   
   
3. Privacy: By entering into the Sweepstakes, your parent/legal guardian is agreeing Sponsor and Administrator's use of entrant's personal information, as described in its Privacy Statement at http://channelone/home/privacystatement, including disclosure to third parties.
   
   
4. Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about April 30, 2009, conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email or mail. Potential winners must accept within three (3) business days of notification as instructed in notification. If a potential winner does not respond timely or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeit and an alternate winner shall be selected by random drawing. The potential prize winners' parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within five (5) days of receipt. In the event of non-compliance within such period, an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor or Administrator Channel One. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible if an entrant's email does not work or if an entrant's email or street address, as applicable, is changed.
   
   
5. Prizes: Four grand prize winners will each receive a Dell XPS M1330 laptop. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1100.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizing: $4400.00.
   
   
6. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (in whole or in part) for another prize of equal or greater value. The ARV is Sponsor's good faith estimate. If the actual value of a prize is less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Only one prize per person will be awarded. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes may not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to an address within the United States. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of winners and their parents/guardians. Failure to comply with Official Rules will result in forfeiture of prize. If prize is forfeited, prize will be awarded to another entrant who complies with these official Rules by way of a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited by law, winner's parent/guardian, on his /her own behalf and on behalf of winner, grants (and agrees to confirm grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and its designees to use such winner's name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and publicity purposes in all media, now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide (including the Internet), in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation and further agrees, on their own behalf and for entrant that Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors, and respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents or each and any other person or entity related in any way to the Sweepstakes (together the "Sweepstakes Entities") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by parents/guardians, against, any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling for or participating in any prize-related activity. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the City and County of New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim as to convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction as they may have.
   
   
7. Conduct: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants and their respective parents/guardians agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry processor the operations to any of the Sweepstakes or any website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability: Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator assumes responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor and/or Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
   
   
9. Winner's List: To obtain a mailed copy of the name of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules by mail, send the applicable request and a self-addressed stamped, #10 envelope to Channel One Network at the Sweepstakes Address. Request must be received no later than October 1, 2009.
