Hammer Curls

Hammer curls are a slight variation on a regular bicep curl and they target they muscles in the front of the arm. You can again use dumbbells and if you don?t have dumbbells feel free to use water bottles or soup cans instead.

1. While standing hold your dumbbells, water bottles or soup cans at your side with your palms facing your thighs.

2. Curl your arms straight up and squeeze the bicep muscles at the top of the exercise, pause for 2 seconds.

3. Slowly lower your arms back down to the starting position making sure to use the full range or motion.
