Entrepreneurship is not a class or a course. It is a level of consciousness. Ask 100 successful business owners what the second step they took after they decided they wanted to start a business and you may receive 100 different answers. None of those answers will be right, but none will be wrong.

There are too many variables when it comes to starting a business. So start your business wherever you want and walk on that path fearlessly but with a good conscience. You can use a book to start your business, research the internet or do whatever feels right to you. The choice is yours. And as an entrepreneur, get used to always having a choice!
