"At camp you can do many activities, from performing a show with your new-found friends to hiking the trails. All are fun, but my favorite things to do are swimming in the pool, archery, and going to the clay pits. The clay pits is an area of melted gooey clay that you can walk through and have fun in. I bet you can't say you've been covered in clay from head to toe. Well, I can. Every time I go to camp I also enjoy screaming at the top of my lungs for all of the most enjoyable songs. Camp is the only know place that you can do so without getting yelled at.

There are also other experiences that I can say I've had that those who've never been to camp probably haven't. For example, when I went to camp on first year an earthquake hit. I didn't even wake up. Another is getting up at 7 a.m. in the summer. At first I really hated it but now it's okay. How about having good camp food? That is a shocker, I'll bet.

All in all, Girl Scout Camp is a place you should check out. There are camps all over the United Sates and although many camps differ in the activities they offer they all are fun, you can meet amazing people there, and make perfect camp memories of your own."
