Cooked broccoli

What you'll need: Pan of fresh broccoli and a bowl of cold water.

Directions: Heat panned broccoli over the stove until warm, then "blanche and shock" vegetables by placing them in a bowl of cold water. This will keep the vegetables from losing their color when heated. After a minute or so, place the broccoli back over the stove and cook until soft.
