What you'll need:
Two skinless and boneless fish fillets, oil (2 tablespoons), ginger (1 ounce), two garlic gloves, cilantro, parsley, thyme, mango (1/2 cup), pineapple (1/4 cup), celery (1/2 cup), half a red onion, rice wine vinegar (1/4 cup), four green onions, olive oil (1/4 cup) and bread crumbs (1/2 cup)
Directions:
- Preheat a skillet on medium heat on top of the range
- Season the fish
- Add the oil and allow it to heat
- Sauté the fish on the presentation side until brown
- Turn the fish over and continue to saute until brown
- Use remaining ingredients to garnish, then add beans and rice for full meal
