The Passover Seder is a ceremony that includes a celebratory, ritual meal that takes places in Jewish families and communities on the first and second nights of Passover. This year, Passover begins at sundown on March 29th and ends on April 6th.In addition to a meal and family gathering, there is a traditional plate of symbolic foods used throughout the ceremony that mark events in Jewish tradition.
