What's the difference between the SAT and the ACT?

ACT
• This achievement test measures what a student has learned in school.


• It contains up to five parts: English, math, reading, science and an optional writing test (required by some colleges).


• The final score is based on the number of correct answers and does not factor incorrect answers.


• Students can decide which scores get sent to their choice colleges.
