Step up to the line: It's time to learn how to shoot a proper free throw. While he was on the Lakers, Kareem Rush(now an Indiana Pacers shooting guard)showed us how. Here's his step-by-step breakdown.
Games are won and lost on free throws, so they're really important shots. "And they're free," says Kareem, "so you better make them." The higher your percentage, the better your chance you have of seeing time on the court. Now all you have to do is practice. Simple as that.
