Maggie: You know, cupcakes would actually make the perfect gift for Mother’s Day.
Tom: Yeah! Well, you know, Maggie, 100 years ago this week, President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation declaring the first national Mother’s Day. So to honor this Mom’s Day centennial, we decided to show our appreciation, and yours, for all of the moms out there!
From our studios…
Scott: Happy Mother’s Day, mom, to the best mom in the world!
Tom: …Your homes and schools…
Student: I want to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day. Love you, mom!
Tom: And even the basketball courts in Oklahoma.
Kevin Durant: You made us believe. You kept us off the street. You’re the real MVP.
Tom: Here is a shout-out to all those MVPs – the moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunts, or loved ones that take care of us.
Boy: Hey, ma! I just wanted to tell you that I love, and I wanted to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day!
Keith: Hey, mom! Happy Mother’s Day! And thanks for everything you’ve done for me and motivating me to be a better person.
Girl: Happy Mother’s Day to the best mom that we could ever have!
Boy: I just want to give a shout-out to my mom, Darlene Davis.
Girl: Happy Mother’s Day, mommy!
Shelby: Hi, mom! If I were in Colorado, I would give you a big bouquet of flowers!
Girl: You’ve been there for me in the tough times, the hard times and the good times.
Boy: She does so much, I don’t know what to say really.
Tom: This 100th anniversary of Mother’s Day is our chance to tell you just how much you mean to us.
And you know it wouldn’t be a proper Mother’s Day shout-out without giving my mom, Ann Hanson, one as well. So, mom, I love you and I hope that you have a wonderful Mother’s Day!
Maggie: And hey, Mama Rullz, love you so much!
