Fall of Envy crashed in to the Orlando music scene with head-bobbing hits like "Smoking Gun" and "Poetic Rage." Despite the name of this new band, there's nothing declining about Fall of Envy - though there is plenty to envy - like their nod from a major martial arts organization.
The band was recently named the official band of the Extreme Fighting Championship (XFC). Fall of Envy's song "For You" will be the theme song for the nationally televised Mixed Martial Arts Series by XFC in spring 2009.
This hard core start in the Orlando music scene is due to their pure rock sound, appealing to fans who like intense guitar and those who like their more mellow vocals too. Fall of Envy's music "takes listeners through a range of emotions from heavy melancholy, to pure rage and aggression," says their review on CD Baby. It's no wonder music sites are dubbing this band as one to watch.
