Hear it Now
For many bands, landing a spot on a television network series is not only a great honor, it's a nice way to gain new fans and get noticed within the industry. The Material, a fivesome working on their upcoming record in Portland, Oregon, has not only had their songs on shows like Sorority Fever, their song "Moving to Seattle" is featured on Rock Band.
Bandmates, Colleen D'Agostino (vocals), Jon Moreaux (guitar), Noah Vowles (drums), Brian Miller (bass), and Roi Elam (guitar), came together in San Diego, California and recorded their first EP, "Tomorrow" in 2007.
Since then they experienced success on MTV and MTV2 with their song "Moving to Seattle." Recently the band has released three new songs which you can listen to for free on Hear It Now. To learn more about this quintet, check out their exclusive interview and acoustic performance.
