From the famous March on Washington calling for civil rights to students sitting in at Tiananmen Square in Beijing, protests have long been a means for creating social change. People have also, arguably, gone too far-- protesting during Congressional hearings and on private property.
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees the freedom to assemble but what if protests get out of hand? Some feel demonstrations should not be allowed if they disrupt other people's lives. Where would you draw the line?
