Ever wonder what it's like to live in space? The astronauts manning the International Space Station are doing just that, acting as pioneers, human guinea pigs and scientists all at once.
The members of the space station crew, known as Expedition Six, have been in orbit since Nov. 23, 2002. They are conducting studies on the effects of microgravity on the body, planning a spacewalk for mid-January, collecting images and keeping tabs on various science experiments at the station.
Science Officer Don Pettit, Expedition Six Commander Ken Bowersox and Flight Engineer Nikolai Budarin talked with Channel One about their work on the space station, and answered some of your questions...
