Your Responses: Affirmative Action

"I think affirmative action is something that will never make up for the hundreds of years of discrimination but it's a step in the right direction. It promotes diversity and that's great, but African-Americans and females should be able to get jobs and go to college because they deserve to and not because they meet a certain quota."
