Eugene Kang is the special assistant to President Barack Obama and a member of the Executive Office staff. Born in 1984, Mr. Kang is one of the youngest members of the President?s staff and was a key player in the President's campaign as one of the fourteen members of his political team.

He graduated from University of Michigan in 2006 with a degree in English and Philosophy, where as a senior he ran unsuccessfully to be a member of the Ann Arbor city council.
