President Barack Obama isn't the only person who requires a Chief of Staff in the White House. The First Lady and First Mom, Michelle Obama, also has a senior aide in charge of managing tasks and organizing her schedule. So, move over Rahm Emmanuel -- there's another chief on Pennsylvania Avenue -- Ms. Jackie Norris. After her extensive work on Barack Obama's campaign, Norris was appointed by Michelle Obama as her chief of staff.

Since Michelle Obama has said she'd like to tackle issues like education and aiding working families, Norris was a prime choice for the position. Her expertise lies in both education and politics - not only was she a high school government and history teacher after working in various political campaigns, she also worked as Al Gore's scheduler and as the director of Scheduling and Advance for HUD Secretary Andrew Cuomo.
