Even though he didn't make it into the NBA, we think Reggie Love still got a good deal. As President Barack Obama's personal assistant he's scored the best position you could ask for -- the guy who keeps the Commander in Chief on top of his schedule and smiling? What a slam dunk.

Before Mr. Love became Obama's "Go-To Guy" he went to high school in North Carolina at Providence Day School in Charlotte. He later attended Duke University. He played for the Duke Blue Devils Basketball team, where he helped lead the team to win the NCAA Championship in 2001. Love graduated with degrees in political science and public policy.

After graduation Mr. Love was the deputy political director during Obama's campaign.
