Lights!, Camera!, Action!

If you've ever tried to make a movie, music video or even a Channel One shout out, you probably know that the first thing you need is light. (The second is sound, but that's another NBT.)

But for many people, particularly in the developing world, reliable electric light after the sun goes down can be rarity. A simple solar light source, like the Luci lamp, could be a lifesaver. This portable, solar power task light is great for outdoors-y types too -- when not in use it flattens out and fits nicely in a backpack or other bag. And, much like a certain shoe company, every time they sell one, they give one away.
