Send Your Video Reports by Mail

If you'd prefer to send a Beta, VHS or MiniDV tape, follow these steps:

  • Cue up the tape.

  • Describe your submission on paper.

  • Give us the names of each person who appears in the video.

  • Get your parents to download, print out and sign our Parental Consent Form.

Then, pack it all up and ship to:
