Julian: If it is Monday, it is time for the Play of the Week! Today, it is an unexpected touchdown that went viral over the weekend.
A very young player took the field at the annual Cornhuskers spring game Saturday between the red and white squads at the University of Nebraska. Seven-year-old Jack Hoffman has been fighting brain cancer for the past two years and he has become friends with some of the players.
Taking a handoff on a 4th and 1 play, young Jack heads left, and then is redirected right. Following a wall of blockers all the way into the end zone for a 69-yard touchdown. Both benches cleared in celebration, hoisting Jack up to a cheering crowd of more than 60,000 people. Way to go Cornhuskers!
