Hailing from Plum Borough, PA, a suburb near Pittsburgh, Steven has always prided himself on being a "jack of all trades." His interest in television sparked early in high school through reading the announcements and hosting various shows and events through the school's TV Productions program.

Steven found even more on-camera opportunities while attending Allegheny College, where he hosted and produced his own "late-night" show and anchored ACTV's news program. Prior to joining the Channel One News reporting team, Steven honed his skills by doing a bit of everything.

He's toured the country as a concert emcee, interviewed red carpet celebrities like Will Ferrell and Jack Black, served as an announcer for some of Philly's professional sports teams and hosted a roundtable television series about men's thoughts on relationships and dating.
