Keeping Voting Honest?

This week, The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on one of the most important laws of the Civil Rights movement, the Voting Rights Act. As Jessica Kumari explains in the video below, the law has been an important part of protecting against discrimination since it was passed in 1965. 

Now, some, including the county challenging the law, argue that it is no longer necessary because the voting restrictions placed on minorities in some places are simply no longer relevant. That's the case in front of the court.
