      it is the most time when teenager go and try to play on there phone and they should go to sleep so there mom or dad just hold on there phone just for the night

    i think a kid should get more than 10 hours because i get 10 hours a night and wake up tired still………

    i think kids and teens should get more sleep because not getting sleep gives u bags under your eyes, depression and other things

      The school should start later because it’s good for our brain function and our performance in school would be better. Sometimes I stay up for tests but now I realize that it’s not any better, it can cause you to be even more stressed out.

      I Agree with Tasha. The questions are opinion questions. We should be able to choose what answer we agree with.

    I know I don’t get enough sleep, but i am constantly tired, but I try to fall asleep fast it never works. I have deppression and anxienty both,when I cant sleep, my mind wanders to things like that.
    I will try to get more sleep.

      I think high school students should be able to choose what time they want to go to school just as the college students do. We are young adults and able to make our own choices. If they decided not to show up for school then that’s them
