The 2016 presidential election has been plagued by much controversy, polarized opinions and expressed anger. It has created turmoil within the major political parties and is making many concerned about the outcome. Those who follow politics are more than just a little frustrated.
In fact, according to research by the American Psychological Association (APA), 52 percent of American adults who were surveyed admitted that the election was a “significant source of stress” in their life. An interesting finding was that people who used social media were more likely to feel stressed than those who didn’t. According to APA’s executive director, “arguments, stories, images and video on social media that can heighten concern and frustration” are factors that contribute to increased levels of election stress.

NO they should trust both presidents
This election is stressful because both Trump and Clinton have problems with something that they did in their life and that makes it hard to chose a president.
