A school in Washington, D.C. challenged its students to give up technology for one day each week throughout the entire summer. And we’re not only talking about smartphones, but also TV and games! The digital detox challenge also had a cash incentive — each participant who completed the task was rewarded with $100. Thirty-seven students successfully completed the challenge, and some even found that the experiment had a positive impact on their habits.
We want to know, would you give up your phone for cash? Vote and tell us in the comments section below your opinion. We will air the results of the poll and some of your comments on the show.
